Our investments are backed by prime real estate, creating secure and sustainable returns.

Our Latest Acquisition

ACG is proud to announce the acquisition of the Bell Medical Building in Cedar Park TX, a suburb of Austin.

The 20,400 sq ft. medical building is the former City Hall for Cedar Park and currently leases the ground floor to the Veterans Administration as an outpatient clinic. The second floor is fully vacant. We are working to modernize the building’s amenities and remodel the second floor to backfill with new tenants. This will be a strong value add project for our investment team.
